I''ve never stayed in such a terrible hotel in my life as the one I was booked into in London. Minuscule room, rude staff (except the dining room) and I felt unsafe.
We were in Europe during the heat wave and reached out for alternative activities and I was sent a link to useless information.
Tripmasters prices are reasonable but beware.
I do think it would be helpful to check in hotel specifics, such as sister vs firmer beds, as this was difficult for us at times. Also, be aware that some hotels in Italy advertise that they provide air conditioning but actually do not. This was challenging in Ludovisi Luxury Rooms in Rome. Overall, however, our trip went very smoothly and we are happy customers ??
