Everything was perfect! When we did need help and support we called and received help and options. We enjoyed very much our trip.

We arrived at the Hotel Emperador in the morning and were tired from our flight. They let us check in early. This is an older property which had been renovated. The room was beautiful and lobby was filled with Christmas decorations. The breakfast was substantial with no need to seek out somewhere else. They had chocolate churros and lots of great items. The hotel is in a great location allowing us to walk to many restaurants.
Our only disappointment was the transportation arranged through KOI. When we came into departure hall no one was holding a sign with our name. Call to contact number had a recorded message in German. My son was able to make contact eventually through WhatsApp which directed us to a ride share facility across from another terminal. The same company failed to show up as scheduled for our ride to the airport when we were leaving Madrid. We called and made contact through WhatsApp but we called an Uber to take us to the airport so we wouldn't miss our flig
I do think it would be helpful to check in hotel specifics, such as sister vs firmer beds, as this was difficult for us at times. Also, be aware that some hotels in Italy advertise that they provide air conditioning but actually do not. This was challenging in Ludovisi Luxury Rooms in Rome. Overall, however, our trip went very smoothly and we are happy customers ??
