Hotel accommodations were great and in perfect locations close to everything that was needed. Everything was easily booked through the website and they made sure that my family was accommodated.
I do think it would be helpful to check in hotel specifics, such as sister vs firmer beds, as this was difficult for us at times. Also, be aware that some hotels in Italy advertise that they provide air conditioning but actually do not. This was challenging in Ludovisi Luxury Rooms in Rome. Overall, however, our trip went very smoothly and we are happy customers ??
