The front desk is open daily from 8:00 AM - 7:00 PM. If you are planning to arrive after 7 PM please contact the property in advance using the information on the booking confirmation. Front desk staff will greet guests on arrival. Guests can choose to either self-clean the property prior to check-out, or pay an additional cleaning fee of EUR 35 at check-out. For more details, please contact the property using the information on the booking confirmation. The general deposit is required for the Villa room type. The deposit is collected at check-in and refunded at check-out pending a room inspection. Towels are not included in the room rate for the villa and the studios. Towels are available for a surcharge or guests may bring their own. Guests are expected to leave the accommodation in a clean and tidy condition. Otherwise, the cleaning deposit will be retained.

You'll be asked to pay the following charges at the property:

• Breakage deposit: EUR 40 per stay
• A tax is imposed by the city and collected at the property. Exemptions or reductions might apply. For more details, please contact the property using the information on the reservation confirmation received after booking.
• A tax is imposed by the city: EUR 0.83 per person, per night. This tax does not apply to children under 18 years of age.

We have included all charges provided to us by the property.

• Service animals are exempt from fees
• Early check-in fee: EUR 25 (subject to availability)
• Late check-out is available for a fee (subject to availability, amount varies)
