This lovely village is located between the Alpilles, the Camargue and the Aix - Marseille pole, surrounded by a magnificent countryside where the olive tree is king. Rebuilt in the 13th century, the medieval fortress is today in perfect condition, carefully maintained and restored. After crossing its pleasant inner courtyard, you can visit the Musee de L`Emperi which has 30 exhibition rooms devoted to uniforms and military art from the 17th century to 1918. Outdoor activities found in the surrounding area are hiking, mountain biking, horse riding, tennis and golf. The hotel is about 30 minutes driving distance from Marseille Provence Airport. Use of rental car recommended.
