I offer you a private historical tour of the city of Versailles and the Domaine de Trianon aboard my 1968 Dyane! 1: Quartier Saint-Louis

The circuit will start in front of the Hôtel de Ville in Versailles. We will begin our visit on Avenue de Paris then we will cross the Saint Louis district and the Notre-Dame district, the two historic districts that surround the Château and conceal treasures at every street corner.

When you leave the train stations, go to the Chateau. At the end of the avenue de Paris, there is the place d'armes with the statue of Louis XIV. This is the meeting place. The gardens are accessible from 8 a.m., the Trianon estate from 12 p.m. The gardens exceptionally close at 5:30 p.m. on Saturdays during Night Fountains Shows from June to September as well as on Friday July 14, Tuesday August 15 and Saturday September 23. This ticket does not include access to the Grandes Eaux Nocturnes.
