It would be a pleasure for us to share our knowledge, expertise and love for the bees that we come to develop over the years. Our guest will get an original and step by step experience of extracting Rhodes Honey.
In detail, visitors coming to our workshop will be greeted with a cup of Greek coffee while we explain to them the activities we will do in the tour. They will have the option to taste test our fresh honey that we produce each period of the year.
Guest will see how honey is extracted and the process from production to the hive in the jar, step by step.

A) RHODES CRUISE PORT: We'll meet you at the dockside, just out of your ship with a sign on the vehicle showing your name. Usually beside the tour buses of your cruise line. We are licensed to get into the dockside. Rhodes is a dock port (All passengers disembark right at the pier, no tender boats or cable cars) so its easy to disembark.

B) HOTEL: We pickup from any hotel in Rhodes Town (our headquarters). On the East Coast of the island we pickup till Kolymbia (25km / 15 miles from Rhodes Town). On the West Coast of the island till the Paradisi Village (14km / 8,6 miles from Rhodes Town). For other parts of the island we provide transportation with additional fee.

We will start our tour with a drive around the walls of the Old Town of Rhodes - the biggest inhabited medieval town in Europe. It was built in 1300s from the knights of the order of St. John. The Medieval Town of Rhodes is inscribed in the World Heritage Sites List of UNESCO.
If you want we can extend the duration of the tour with 1 hour and you can have also some free time to go through the Old town and explore it on your own.

1: Mandraki Harbour

Mandraki port is situated in the new part of the town where you will see some very impressive monumental buildings built by the Italians. Here at the harbour entrance is believed that once stood the great statue of the Colossus of Rhodes - one of the seven wonders of the Ancient World.

3: Mandraki Harbour

Mandraki Harbour has been in use since ancient times and was formerly the military port of Rhodes; it was protected from attack by gigantic chains across its narrow mouth and later by the impregnable bulk of the Fort of St Nicholas, built in 1467 and still watching over the marina. WHAT TO EXPECT

Mandraki Harbour (Pass by)

Mandraki is one of the three harbours in Rhodes. It is famous, because it is believed that the great statue of Colossus, one of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World, once stood at the harbour entrance. Today the deer sculptures at the entrance, the St. Nicholas Fortress and a number of medieval windmills create a charming view of the harbour.

1: Lindos

Lindos is one of the most impressive archaeological sites not only in Greece but also in the world. It has traces of different civilizations. Ancient Greek, Roman, and Byzantine traditions blend here with the Medieval heritage of knights of the Order of Saint John. The visit to Lindos is like time travel via centuries and civilizations! If you go there, you will be delighted not only by the history but also by divine beauty. Take your time strolling the lovely narrow streets of the village abundantly decorated with flowers, fruit trees, oriental tiles, and small fountains. You will be impressed by the incredible view of the harbours. The Acropolis of Lindos is on top of a 116m cliff. For the Greeks, Romans, Byzantines, Knights of St John, and Turks it was a wonderful strategic position. You can walk up the stairs and visit it or explore the village and its cozy bays.
