The tour leaves from your hotel in the morning at approximately 8:15am, then will proceed through the Aqaba border, where you will be assisted be the staff. From there, it is an approximate 2-hour drive to Petra, with beautiful scenery along the way. Once you arrive at the Petra site, the guide will start the tour.

The tour starts by going through a path between the cliffs, called the Siq, a huge 1.2 kilometer crack in the sandstone. Throughout the day you will see the mountains change colors, from pink, dark red, purple or orange.The tour will take you to see the Treasury, which is Petras most famous monument. You will also see crypts, baths, mourning halls, buildings from the past, temples, and a Roman theater.

After visiting Petra, you will go to lunch (included in the trip price). Time permitting you will go on a short sightseeing tour in Aqaba and drop off at Aqaba.

Introductory Scuba Diving is the fastest and easiest way to make a trial tour into the depths of the Red sea. The whole process takes place in the most picturesque dive-sites of Eilat and is supervised by an experienced diving instructor.

How is Introductory Dive in Eilat going on?

Trial scuba-dive consists of a few steps:

Sign in for an Introductory Scuba Dive with a private Scuba Instructor.
Fill in a small medical form.
Equipment selection according to your size. (Quality and efficiency of our diving equipment is regularly checked by professionals)
A 10-15 minute briefing by an experienced instructor. There will be absolutely no problems with the language barrier as our specialists are fluent in Russian, English and Hebrew. During the introductory briefing, you will learn what is a regulator, octopus and other diving equipment.

WHAT TO EXPECT

Come with us and explore the waters of the Red Sea. Here in Eilat, if you do not have time to take a complete diving course you can take an introductory dive. This is not a course but will give you the taste of diving in shallow waters in 30 minutes. You will go through a short one on one lesson with one of our Padi Instructors. You will spend about 30 minutes underwater and will go no deeper than 6 meters.
Our professional drivers will give you a lesson on how to dive with the equipment and how to use it in the water. From there you will continue to the water of the Red Sea bay to enjoy all the coral, fish and all that is amazing in Eilat's Bay, Introductory scuba diving is safe, fun and a "must do" in the Red Sea. It is a one-off experience for you to enjoy the underwater world.
An Introductory Dive is a non-certification dive. The dive begins with a surface briefing (15 min) followed by a 30 min dive. The Instructor is by your side the whole time and will even hold your hand if you feel the need... chances are you will be enthralled.

Enter the Rose City of PETRA through the Siq, a narrow passage through the mountains which has inspired awe for centuries - up to the Treasury which suddenly appears at the end of the gorge leaving visitors breath-taken by its size, colour and beauty. Continue into the heart of this ancient city carved into the mountains, passing hundreds of ancient rock tombs and monuments and a spectacular Amphitheatre which once held 3,000 spectators.
