Faraglioni (Pass by)

Faraglioni ROCKS: the three spurs of rock which rise up out of the sea, within meters of the island's Southern coast. The rocks have each been given a name: the first, still attached to the land, is called Stella, the second, separated from the first block by a stretch of sea; Faraglione di Mezzo and the third, Faraglione di Fuori or Scopolo, meaning the head or promontory stretching into the sea.

Punta Carena

The Lighthouse of Punta Carena dominates the Southwestern coast of the island of Capri. Looming behind the lighthouse, there is the precipice of the Migliera, lined with defense walls built by the British at the start of the 19th century in order to protect Capri from invasion. In front of the lighthouse, the sea extends all the way to Sicily.

The light house, 'faro' in Italian, was built in 1866. The second tallest in Italy (after Genoa), it is among the most important of all those guarding over the Tyrrhenian Sea.

During the excursion it will be possible to reach the famous Blue Grotto. Admission costs 18 per person and, being one of the most visited attractions on the island, there can be high waiting times. If the wait exceeds approximately 45 minutes, it will not be possible to make the stop for the visit.

A visit to the Blue Grotto is optional : those who prefer not to enter it can dedicate this time to other experiences or alternative stops during the tour.

At the entrance of the Bar Gabbiano you will meet your Guide

You will get at the entrance of the Blue Grotto and to enter you till take a small wooden boat.

Anacapri is the most authentic part of the island and the historical center. You will have time to explore it.

During your free time in Anacapri, you can choose to visit the histocal Villa of Axel Munthe.

Once onboard the little boat, which allows entry to the small opening of the cavern, the rays of the sun create a royal iridescent blue reflection on the wall from the clear blue waters. A truly awe inspiring site. Due to its tiny entrance, entrance into this site is only permitted if the sea waters and tide are calm.
