This class is great for those who want to have fun in the kitchen learning how to cook traditional Florentine and Italian dishes as a group.

Lessons are held in English, Spanish, and Italian directly by the Chef.

Classes are scheduled:

All year round: Monday and Friday at 5:00 pm.

In this unique experience, working in a fully equipped kitchen and in the company of an expert Chef, participants learn how to prepare a typical 4-course Italian dinner which includes an appetizer, first course, second course, and dessert. This course is followed by a dinner of the prepared dishes. The lesson duration is approximately 3 hours including the dinner. This session allows a maximum of 12 participants.

You will start with an exciting truffle hunt, guided by a truffle expert and by the nose of his faithful dog. Once you have finished youll learn how to use truffle in the kitchen preparing a delicious 3-course lunch at an organic farm just a few km from Florence.

This particular area of Tuscany is fortunate enough to produce a variety of truffles throughout the year. Thus theres always a good chance of finding truffles in our selected areas.

The protagonist of the truffle hunting is certainly the dog that patiently scours the woods sniffing for truffles. Suddenly the dog begins to scratch the ground thus attracting the attention of his master. The truffle hunter instead with his small hoe delicately enlarges the little hole just indented by the dog. He then gently extracts the truffle from the ground and rewards the dog.
