Il Vallone dei Mulini (Pass by)

There will be a stop along the way. Il Vallone dei Mulini, in the heart of Sorrento, is a famous viewpoint which offers a breathtaking view of the Gulf of Naples. This enchanting place attracts numerous visitors who come to admire the landscape and take in the marvelous views .On the cliff opposite the Vallone dei Mulini, there is a small lake where you can find a small waterfall just below. The water bubbles up from a natural spring and it almost seems as if the water has been frozen in time. If you walk along the path to one side of the lake, you will be able to see some grottoes in the cliff wall, one of which is filled with the remains of a stone hut.

Villa Malaparte (Pass by)

Villa Malaparte, the most famous house in Capri, is rightly defined as a 20th century masterpiece and represents one of the masterpieces of modern architecture. It dominates, with its Pompeian red walls, the bay of Matermania and enjoys a dream view: to the south-east it faces the Sorrento Peninsula while to the south it looks towards the Faraglioni of Capri.

2: I Faraglioni

What is the symbol of Capri? Certainly the Faraglioni, the three imposing rocks that emerge from the sea. The best way to admire them is certainly from the sea where they offer a truly unique view. The boat will pass under the arch of the middle Faraglione: if you are in sweet company, exchange a kiss. Legend says it brings good luck.

The Green Grotto can only be accessed from the sea, you will surely enjoy visiting this wonder of nature.

4: Blue Grotto

Your tour begins with an 8am pickup from your central Sorrento hotel. Traveling by private vehicle, set out along the Sorrentine peninsula, looking out across Mt Vesuvius and the Bay of Naples. As you cross the peninsula, continue east along the famous Amalfi Coast, a UNESCO-listed stretch of coast, renowned as one of Italys most scenic drives.

This is only a suggested itinerary below with some of the main sights highlighted. As this is a private excursion, you can customize it as you wish.

1: Sorrento Coast

Cruising along the Sorrento coast, you will admire: the ruins of the roman villa near Bagni della Regina Giovanna, Punta Campanella and its pristine Marine Reserve, the historic Saracen tower and the picturesque bays of Puolo and Massalubrense.

2: Baia di Ieranto

Well continue to the Bay of Ieranto and the Bay of Nerano, set along one of the most striking gulfs on Italys coast, dotted with tiny coves and breathtaking cliffs.

3: Li Galli

Our next stop is at the Li Galli Islets, a stunning archipelago of three tiny islands. According to legend, this is where the Sirens would lie in wait for passing sailors, luring them to the rocky coastlines with their songs.

Afterwards, well set our sights on Positano, hub of the international jet set who love its chic shops, picturesque beach, and glamorous cafès and restaurants.

5: Amalfi

And finally Amalfi, the true perl of the coast. A landscape of outstanding beauty has made Amalfi famous throughout the world.
The imposing mountains that surround it tumble into the turquoise sea, with a powerful scenic effect. This is the queen of the Amalfi Coast, which bears her name: the stretch of Tyrrhenian coastline recognised by UNESCO as a World Heritage Site. Here, in addition to a fabulous sea, you will find treasured historical remains, a charming village, and enchanting nature.

During the day you will have many opportunity to swim and snorkel in the most beautiful spots along the Amalfi coast; you can have lunch in one of the many delicious restaurant along the coast, and, if you want, you can get off the boat and visit the villages of Positano and Amalfi at your leisure.

1: Bagni Regina Giovanna

We will cruise directly to the queen's bath Giovanna as first stop, this is an ancient place where there are still the ruins of the old queen villa right by the water.

Punta Campanella (Pass by)

Punta Campanella is where the Sorrento coast ends and the Amalfi coast starts, this meaning that the bay of Naples ends and starts the bay of Salerno. We will sail next to the point with a lighthouse where the Captain will pass and point out to us.

2: Marina del Cantone

This is the oldest fishing village along the Amalfi Coast where everyone still lives off fishing. You will have a chance to go for a swim here in the turquoise waters.

3: Spiaggia di Tordigliano

One of the most beautiful beaches we have along the whole coast line, you'll be able to swim and snorkel here for another hour.

4: Positano

You'll first cruise right below this cliff town where you'll be able to take stunning pictures, and then you'll be dropped off as well for a couple of hours to go wonder around.
