Ayr and Prestwick
Ayr and PrestwickAyr itself is a popular shopping destination and boasts a racecourse; three golf courses; and Ayr Beach, a long sandy strip of sand overlooking the Firth of Clyde and the lovely Isle of Arran. Prestwick is best known for its international airport, but there is a lot more to it. Glasgow Prestwick International airport is situated at the north end of the town.
