One of the many ski lifts of the town is only a few yards away. The other ski lifts are within 20 minutes walking distance away. The establishment is about 13 minutes walking from Jungfrau Ski Region, 20 minutes walking from Grindelwald Station and 95 miles from Zurich Airport. Use of rental car recommended.
Chalet Asterix is set in a modest, semi-traditional building which has been renovated aimed to offer comfort as well as a warm and welcoming stay. It features limited hour front desk, central heating, free WIFI access in some areas, multilingual staff, bike rental, ski storage, a garden with a lovely terrace and outdoor furnishing as well as a BBQ area.
