Special check-in instructions
Guests must transfer to the property via Shuttle and must arrange the transfers by contacting the property before travel, using the contact information on the booking confirmation. The front desk is open daily from 7:30 AM - 10:30 PM. The front desk is staffed during limited hours. For any questions, please contact the property using the information on the booking confirmation. Wengen is in a car-free zone and can be reached only by train.
Fees
You'll be asked to pay the following charges at the property. Fees may include applicable taxes:
- A tax is imposed by the city and collected at the property. Exemptions or reductions might apply. For more details, please contact the property using the information on the reservation confirmation received after booking.
- A tax is imposed by the city: CHF 5.30 per person, per night for adults; CHF 2.20 per night for guests aged 6-16 years old. This tax does not apply to children under 6 years of age.
We have included all charges provided to us by the property.
- Pet fee: CHF 10 per pet, per day
- Rollaway bed fee: CHF 90.0 per night
