The first part of the trip was horrible! Long wait at the airport. We had to call the transportation service multiple times before we were picked up. The hotel was disappointing in London. The room was handicapped accessible with issues with switches in the room. The hall had a strange smell. We asked for 3 beds setup for me and my 2 adult sons and that wasn''t done. Plus, the driver had a hard time finding it. We just arrived and was tired from the flight, and had to deal with this. I ended up booking and paying for another hotel and paying for our transportation to that hotel.
The train ride to Paris and our stay in Paris was uneventful. The hotel was great and comfortable. The transportation to the airport was excellent. The driver was on time, pleasant and helpful.

I do think it would be helpful to check in hotel specifics, such as sister vs firmer beds, as this was difficult for us at times. Also, be aware that some hotels in Italy advertise that they provide air conditioning but actually do not. This was challenging in Ludovisi Luxury Rooms in Rome. Overall, however, our trip went very smoothly and we are happy customers ??
