I had 1 towel for 3 days even if I requested for some more. The soap and shampoo pumps are not working. I''m glad I brought my own. There are a lot of homeless people in the neoghborhood.

385 Customer ReviewsYou might have given more guidance to us regarding getting from the Lima airport to the Holiday Inn Miraflores. We weren''t sure if there was to be a driver or not. We took an Uber but were accosted by Illegal Uber drivers who were located between the official Uber pick-up spot and the airport. You had to walk through them to get to the official Uber location. We only fully realized what was going on when we saw the real Uber driver, walked to him and he said matter of factly "those are the illegal drivers".

On my tour to the volcano, I had information about the time and the pick up location, but no actual information available to me about the company or person. I should contact in Costa Rica. When I was waiting outside a tour to the volcano was leaving and my name was not on the list which worried me because I didn’t know if that was my group. My guide showed up almost immediately after, and I realized that there were two tours, leaving at the same time but more information about that would be helpful. In addition, I travel a lot as a single female, and I feel like you could put some information about female recommended hotels in the areas. My hotel in Tamarindo was one I was not 100% comfortable in for a few reasons. Overall, my trip was amazing. I loved it and will travel with your company again. I did want to find out if there was a way I could get in contact with my last driver from Tamarindo to the airport. At that time, I had no cash remaining and asked him to give me his PayPal for a tip to be sent. I believe he sent it, but for some reason, I never received his contact information to send that tip which I would like to do. I do not know his name.

I was completely satisfied with my TripMasters Costa Rica vacation. The booking process was easy, the website was clear, and the flights, hotels, and overall itinerary worked very well for my wife and me. Our package included United flights, hotel stays in La Fortuna/Arenal, Monteverde, and Tamarindo, plus a one-way Amigo rental car from San José to Liberia. The hotels were enjoyable and well-located for each part of the trip. Paradise Hot Springs was a great start near Arenal, Monteverde gave us access to the cloud forest area, and Tamarindo was a relaxing beach finish. The rental car gave us flexibility, although Costa Rica driving required patience due to mountain roads, rain, and no cruise control in the vehicle. That is why I rated the car rental slightly lower than the rest, but it still worked out well. Overall, TripMasters delivered a smooth, well-organized vacation, and I would recommend them to others.
