We meet the passengers at Morales 564 and head down Route 40 to the edge of the Nahuel Huapi National Park. We will be boarding Manso River until we arrive to Ranch Josh where they will be waiting for us with coffee and a security chat.

After the talk, we will start the most exciting part of the excurtsion. During the navigation, we will pass through Cajón de Terciopelo, Agujero de Ozono, Gritá y doblá a la izquierda, el Tobogancito, Garganta Profunda, Éxtasis, Huevo Revuelto, Colmillo and Internacional. The cross line is where we are going to stop traveling by water and start our way back by foot.

The excursion will ends at Bariloche where we met in the morning.

1: Bosque de Arrayanes

A unique species
Located within the Los Arrayanes National Park, it is the only one that remains in the world, since a few years ago the one that was in Japan disappeared. Today it became a protected area due to the importance of its species and the variety of native life.
The scientific name of the Arrayán is Myrceugenella apiculata. These native trees, along with those on Victoria Island, are estimated to be around 300 years old. The myrtle is very tall, reaching about 18 meters and some specimens reach up to 25 meters.
Its trunk reaches about 50 cm. in diameter and is extremely twisted. The bark, cinnamon colored covered with irregular white spots, is always cold although soft to the touch, it comes off in plates. The flowers are small and white, similar to orange blossom and its purple fruits with which the indigenous people made chicha and dulce. In popular medicine, an infusion is prepared with the leaves to soothe muscle aches and intestinal ailments

WHAT TO EXPECT

Begin your day's adventure with pickup at your hotel in Bariloche. From there, transfer to Puerto Puerto Pañuelo, located just 15 miles (25km) outside of town.

Step aboard a boat and sail out into Lake Nahuel Huapi; be sure to have your camera handy for views of Nahuel Huapi National Park's landscape. After 30 minutes of travel on the water, go ashore in Puerto Anchorena on Victoria Island.

Choose to hike with the guide or on your own in Arrayanes Forest. Walk to Patagua Lagoon to see the pebble beaches, head for the Balcony on Cerro Bella Vista, explore the former National Nursery Trail or discover the ancient Cave Paintings.

Visit a picturesque rustic cottage deep in the Arrayanes Forest, said to have inspired Walt Disney as he created the setting for the movie Bambi. This moderate-difficulty hike takes you through a spectacular landscape of native beech trees as you gradually make your way uphill. Along the trail, youll enjoy breathtaking views of Lake Nahuel Huapi and the Andes mountain range, with plenty of opportunities to stop and take in the scenery.

Sailing begins at Puerto Pañuelo, in the Llao Llao peninsula. After an hour sailing, you'll see Centinela Island, where the remains of Perito Moreno lie, the father of Argentine National Parks. From then on, sailing goes on up to Cascada de los Cántaros.

Walking through the lush vegetation of the Valdivian rainforest, you'll get to the mouth of the waterfall, on Cántaros lake, where you can see an over 1,500-year-old larch tree.

Five minutes later, you'll finally get to Puerto Blest, a place whose beauty has amazed tourists for years.

The Blest Inn, a tribute to the legendary inn that was once located there, reopened recently. It is the perfect place to spend the night and rest in the middle of a unique environment. The inn has a gourmet restaurant and, a few meters away, there is another place where they serve different meals.

WHAT TO EXPECT

Explore the natural beauty of Bariloche on a guided trekking experience to Cerro Llao Llao, located within Llao Llao Municipal Park, approximately 25 km from downtown Bariloche.

Your experience begins with pick-up from your hotel in downtown Bariloche. Accompanied by your guide, youll travel to the park, where your guide will explain the trail, the estimated duration, and what to expect during the hike before setting off through the native Patagonian forest.

The hike takes approximately 2.5 hours and follows a low-to-moderate difficulty trail through a beautiful forest of native coihue trees. Along the way, your guide will make stops as needed so you can rest, take photographs, and enjoy the surrounding scenery.

As you approach the summit, natural viewpoints offer spectacular panoramic views of the Tristeza, Blest, and North branches of Lake Nahuel Huapi, as well as the Andean-Patagonian forest extending toward the Andes Mountains.

After pickup from your Bariloche hotel, settle into your coach for the scenic 75-mile (120-km) ride along Lake Gutierrez, Lake Mascardi and Lake Guillelmo. Listen to commentary from your guide as you continue through spectacular Cañadon de la Mosca and Pampa del Toro until you reach the town of El Bolson.

El Bolson is well-known for its mild climate and fertile soil, which makes it an agricultural hotbed for products like berries, apples, pears, and cherries. Hops also grow very well here, which contribute to El Bolson's booming beer-making trade.

Sample the fruit and local brews while perusing the shops in town, stopping for a healthy lunch (own expense). Visit the bustling outdoor market that sells foodstuffs, woodwork, leatherwork, and other crafts by local artisans. Learn about how hippies from Buenos Aires moved here in droves in the 1960s and declared it an 'ecological municipality' due to its natural foods establishments and organic farms.

The usual itinerary is that we pick-up our guests from their hotel round 8.30am, our boats are launched followed by intense fishing until noon. Pending on location, the brake during the midday may vary, but if the bite is hot we of course fish as hard as the guest requires. Starts with a 20 min walk through historic district & the German neigbourhood, then hike through a beautiful mountain forest while trekking up Mount Otto. We enjoy amazing mountain & lakes scenery. WHAT TO EXPECT

We look for you where you are to go to the area of Circuito Chico, 20 km from the center of our city. On the way to the starting point of the crossing, we will go through the renowned Panoramic Point, through the famous Llao Llao Hotel, through Puerto Pañuelo and we will cross the Llao Llao Municipal Park.

After the respective instructions (safety talk and paddling techniques) provided by our guide, we will begin our activity.

We will go out to row from Arroyo Angostura (Lake Moreno Oeste). From there we can see the majestic Cerro López, Cerro Bella Vista, the Llao Llao hill and other mountains. We will know the Island of the Rabbits and we will appreciate from the water the famous "Hotel Llao Llao".

WHAT TO EXPECT

We look for you where you are to go to the area of Circuito Chico, 20 km from the center of our city. We went out to row from Bahía López to the entrance of Brazo Tristeza (Lake Nahuel Huapi) from where we appreciate almost all its extension. From there and in the distance we will see the Sentinel Island (where the remains of the famous Perito Moreno lie). We will also see the impressive Cerro Capilla, Cerro López and other incredible mountains of our Andean pre-cordillera. On the way we will find steep coasts, waterfalls and beaches. We will enjoy an incredible peace in the middle of nature and surrounded by one of the park's strict natural reserves.

WHAT TO EXPECT

Your guide will pick you up from your hotel in Bariloche and you will head towards the Limay River. This is the most important river in the National Park, big water flowing out of the huge Nahuel Huapi from its eastern end about 17 km (11 miles) from the city, winding through dry, rocky mesas spotted with pine forests and offering wonderful scenery and great weather. Populated with mostly rainbow and brown trout, and some Patagonian perch, it offers countless opportunities for fishermen.
From November through March the dry fly possibilities abound, and during April, the amazing big trout migrate to the river from the lake. There are five different sections on the river to choose from, each about 10 miles long. The extremely clear water, beautiful scenery, and great fishing make this floating trip something truly unforgettable.
Always accompanied by your guide, you will also learn the history of the Bariloche's region and the best fishing options as well as the local fauna.
After spending the morning or afternoon drifting and fishing, you will join shore, where our assistants will be waiting for you in order for you to take you back to your hotel.

Once at the beginning of the trail, the moment you were waiting for: Time to move your legs! From here, youll start a moderately - strenuous ascent through a lush forest of coihue and lenga trees up the hill, reaching the lookouts above the timberline. Youll hike surrounded by magnificent panoramic views of Lakes Moreno and Nahuel Huapi and the Andes Mountain Range. Trekking on this amazing Patagonian forest, in total harmony with nature, is a breathtaking experience. WHAT TO EXPECT

This full-day adventure combines coastal kayaking and a nature-focused trek through the Patagonian forest, offering the chance to experience two different landscapes in a single excursion.

Your experience begins with a scenic 45-minute transfer from Bariloche to Camping Wiritray, located within the territory of the Wiritray Native Mapuche Community. Once you arrive at the lakeshore, youll begin kayaking toward Playa Leones, one of the most beautiful beaches in Nahuel Huapi National Park. As you paddle along the coast, youll enjoy spectacular views of the lake, mountains, and surrounding Patagonian landscape.

After reaching Playa Leones, youll leave the kayaks behind and continue on foot with a nature-focused trek through the native forest. Along the trail, your guide will share information about the natural history of the area, as well as its native flora and fauna.

After the hike, youll return to Playa Leones for lunch by the lakeshore. Youll also have some time to relax and enjoy the surroundings before getting back into the kayaks.
