Argentina
Argentina is the third most populous country in South America filled with spectacular natural wonders and vibrant culture, offering the traveler an opportunity to experience extraordinary outdoor adventures, fascinating wildlife, outstanding cuisine, magnificent vineyards, and one of the most dynamic and sophisticated cities anywhere in the world. From the distinct and beautiful landscapes of Patagonia to the rich and artsy culture of Buenos Aires, Argentina is famous for many things. Wine, soccer (futbol), Gauchos, and Tango are all things Argentinean. The country has a rich cultural history with lifestyles uniquely their own.
Uruguay
Uruguay is known for having an extremely high standard of living and is considered one of the safest countries in South America. The subtropical climate is mild and most of the popular destinations are along the southern Atlantic coast. The country's capital, Montevideo is the nucleus for the country's impressive economic activity, as well as the nation's cultural center. Colonia del Sacramento, the oldest city in Uruguay features the best surviving examples of Portuguese colonial architecture, and Uruguay's favorite beach destination, Punta Del Este, is a magnet for trendy international travelers drawn to the beaches, cafes, restaurants, and exhilarating nightlife.
Peru
Peru's wealth of archaeological treasures is the most extensive in the Americas and includes the incomparable 'Lost City' of Machu Picchu and an abundance of spectacular Incan ruins. It is also the home of breathtaking natural wonders like the Peruvian Andes, Lake Titicaca, and the vast Amazon River Basin. Here, in the cradle of Pre-Colombian civilization, more than 10,000 years of human culture survives in Peru's archaeological riches, music, dance, sophisticated cuisine, and in the spirit of its fascinating people.
