Afterwards, stay in one of the Estancias near Montevideo, where you will adapt into a typical ''dias campestres'', in English for countryside days, and fell in love with the nature all around. Uruguay
Uruguay is known for having an extremely high standard of living and is considered one of the safest countries in South America. The subtropical climate is mild and most of the popular destinations are along the southern Atlantic coast. The country's capital, Montevideo is the nucleus for the country's impressive economic activity, as well as the nation's cultural center. Colonia del Sacramento, the oldest city in Uruguay features the best surviving examples of Portuguese colonial architecture, and Uruguay's favorite beach destination, Punta Del Este, is a magnet for trendy international travelers drawn to the beaches, cafes, restaurants, and exhilarating nightlife.
