This tour happens in small groups, from 4 to 7 people, and it combines history, culture and tastings. It´s a great opportunity to dive into Curitiba´s culture, visiting the places with insider tips from a local guide, and to have a good time tasting local foods.
Our Sunday Street Market, one of the biggest in Brazil, happens at old town, an area filled with culture and history, and our Municipal Market has almost 160 years of history.

The tour explores the variety of products offered by our local Market: we will visit delicatessens, fruit stalls, cachaçarias, fish and meat stalls, coffee shops, spices and various stands.
At the second part of our tour, we will go to old town (by car/uber). There we´ll walk by some of the many stands (there are more than 1,300!) of the Street Market (Feira do Largo).
This market has a great variety of art crafts, clothes, accessories, home utilities, and also food stands. There our local guide will share with the group a bit of Curitiba´s history, since it will be in a place full of culture and history, and we will also have some tastings (such as pastel and caldo de cana).
Feel free to do some shopping, both local markets have an incredible variety of products.
The tour ends around 1pm, at the old town, and you can enjoy lunch right there if you want. There you can find restaurants or pubs for a delicious lunch, and our local guide can give you good suggestions at the end of the tour.
Both of the visited places are popular tourist attractions that are likely to be crowded. Our group stays always together to ensure that no one gets lost during the tour. The walk is peaceful and can be done in full or just the first stage. The part from the sandstones to the cup has only 7 steps and is done on easily accessible walkways. If you want to visit the other part of the sandstones, which is wetter and closer to vegetation, it's another 40 minutes and 200 steps.
. Also visit Furnas and Lagoa Dourada, also on quiet walks with some steps. In the very remote past, Furnas were caves that collapsed and today have the appearance of craters with vegetation. We arrived at Vila Velha State Park and started the ride inside the park at the visitor service center.
We start the pedal on the internal road, we go to Lagoa Dourada and from there we return to visit Furnas 1 and 2.
From Furnas we go up again, passing through the Visitor service center and cycling to the famous sandstones and their curious shapes, including the cup, the best known of all.
We returned to the visitor service center and ended our ride.
