The Flaherty winery is located in the estate house of an old hacienda (or fundo, as they are called in Chile) once known as Fundo El Magnolio, after the giant magnolia trees growing in the park. With his great vision for the future and his innovative, pioneering spirit, he planted the first French grape varieties in the Aconcagua Valley. His initiative and creativity were handed down to future generations and, in just over a century, his descendants consolidated the winery and positioned their wines among the worlds most noteworthy.
The winery was built as a two-storey structure. The excavation and construction of its huge cellar rooms alone took five years. The thick underground walls, built with bricks and mortar (a kind of cement made of egg whites and sand), have stood the test of time and have allowed the wine to be kept there in large casks made of raulí (a native Chilean tree) at a constant temperature of 12 to 14º C.
The tour begins by discussing the history of Viña Errázuriz and its importance in the development of the Wine Industry at National and International levels. Guests will visit the underground cellars and the vineyards, covering topics such as viticulture, weather conditions, and management of the different grape varieties.
Guests also visit the new Icon Winery and learn about the sustainability based design as well as the details of its operation to produce the icon wines of Viña Errázuriz.
The tour is completed with a tasting of 3 wines in our Icon Bodega tasting room; one Max Reserva wine, one Aconcagua Costa wine, and our Don Maximiano premium wine.

This type of square exists throughout Chile, because when the Spanish established cities they used this point as the axis of their grid plans. From this Turistik stop, you can tour the historic center of the city, visiting the historic buildings surrounding the square, such as the Metropolitan Cathedral, Santiago Municipality, Central mail Casa Colorada and Santiago Museum, Former National Congress and National Historical Museum, among others.6: Teatinos 254Around this square you will find some of the most important buildings and monuments linked to the executive branch of the State of Chile, including the Palacio de la Moneda, seat of the Chilean Government Presidency. Its construction was carried out between 1784 and 1805, was designed by the Italian architect Joaquín Toesca and its original destination was to be the Royal Mint, that is the reason for its current name. You will be able to view and explore buildings and landmarks including: Constitution Square, Palacio de la Moneda, Palacio de la Moneda Cultural Center, Metropolitan Quartermaster, Santiago Stock Exchange, Club de la Unión, University of Chile, Paseo Bulnes and Barrio Eighteen7: Av. Alameda Libertador Bernardo O'Higgins 440Santa Lucia Hill has been one of the most important points since the founding of Santiago. On February 12, 1541, the monumental neoclassical entrance of the hill was completed in 1902 and harmonizes around a sculpture of the god Neptune an entire architectural set with curved stairs, swimming pools, a large terrace and a triumphal arch topped by a dome. The ensemble is a very evocative image of the lifestyle of the high society of Santiago in the late 19th and early 20th centuries. From the Turistik Santa Lucia stop you can see and explore places of interest including: Cerro Santa Lucia, National Library, Paris-London Quarter, San Francisco del Monte Church, Central House of the Catholic University of Chile and Barrio Lastarria which has a strong cultural seal where you can find art galleries, restaurants and cultural centers.8: Av. Providencia 969The Plaza de la Aviación is an extension of the Balmaceda Park, which was created in 1929 as part of the old Japanese Park, designed by Austrian landscape designer Oscar Prager. Its current name is in honor of the Chilean Air Force monument erected in 1980. In addition, in the square you will find a water fountain called Bicentennial, which is almost 70 meters in length and width of more than 25 meters, inaugurated in 2005 by the Municipality of Providencia. In this sector you can visit Parque Balmaceda and Parque Uruguay which are part of the green areas that run along the slopes of the Mapocho River. You can also stroll along Avenida Providencia, a lively tourist sector, which has different shops, restaurants, cafes and bars to enjoy Santiago.9: Tajamar & Avenida VitacuraCostanera Center The Costanera Center is a complex that combines a modern and entertaining experience. Featuring the tallest building in Latin America with its 300 meters high, this imposing construction offers endless possibilities that starts with its wide range of products in the largest mall in Chile, where some of the most important brands in the world are housed. In addition to its extensive culinary offer, it has a terrace and a viewpoint, the Sky Costanera, which allows you to appreciate the city with privileged views. The complex also has cinema and its surroundings, with the maximum expression of modernity and progress, in front of the new financial district of the city, also known as Sanhattan.10: Isidora Goyenechea & La PastoraLas Condes Interactive Museum This stop is in the heart of the El Golf neighborhood, which gets its name because the entrance to the exclusive Los Leones Golf Club is only a few blocks away. Several of the mansions in the sector date from the mid-20th century and belonged to the family of the wealthy Isidora Goyenechea, the name that bears the main street of this neighborhood. Around this stop you will find many restaurants and cafes, as well as the Municipal Theatre of Las Condes and the Interactive Museum of Las Condes. In the latter you can travel in space and time through entertaining audiovisual productions in 3D format.
