WHAT TO EXPECT
After the pick up at the Lobby of your hotel, you will explore some of the neighborhoods where the locals live; next you will be taken to a lookout point where you can take a great picture of the Bay.

In down town Zihuatanejo you will see the flea market, the main Catholic church and you will visit and have the chance to walk around the farmers market where the locals go shopping.

Out on the country you will be taken to a tropical fruits plantation where there are different types of tropical fruits such as: papayas, mangos, tamarindos, coconuts and more, you will be explain about the different harvesting seasons for the all the different tropical fruits that we grow in the region.

The next will be a visit to a small rural community where you will see how the villagers manufacture clay tiles and brick by hand with just clay in very primitive workshops and learn some economical facts about this village.

You will be taken to Barra Potosi Fishing village for a great lunch on the beach, where you can have one of the following choices:
Chicken on the grill or breaded or chicken fajitas.
Fish on the grill or breaded or on garlic sauce.
Shrimp on garlic sauce or breaded.
Vegetarian dish: cheese quesadillas, guacamole, rice and beans.

WHAT TO EXPECT

This horseback-riding tour begins with pickup by air-conditioned van from your Ixtapa/Zihuatanejo hotel or the cruise ship terminal. Travel for to the stable located in the south part of the Zihuatanejo County. Make sure to wear pants and closed toed shoes, and dont forget sunblock, mosquito repellent, and your camera.

Upon arrival, receive a safety briefing and instruction. Kind and gentle, the horses are suitable for riders of all levels. The horses are well-fed, but wouldnt refuse an apple or carrot if you happen to have one with you.

On your trusty steed, follow after your guide at your own pace. Journey through a small community at Playa Larga beach, then on the shore where the waves wash over your horses feet.

Pass a lagoon populated with birds and mangrove trees, and continue into a coconut plantation.

Then, your guide starts the return journey to the stable. Say farewell to your horse and enjoy a cold beer or a bottle of water, before youre transported back to your hotel.

WHAT TO EXPECT

Treat yourself to a pleasant beach day at La Gatas in Zihuatanejo. This half-day tour begins with easy pickup from your hotel in Ixtapa or Zihuatanejo, after which youll be transported to the pier for a short-but-sweet boat ride to Las Gatas Bay.

Upon arrival at the beach, settle in at a palapa shelter with lounge chairs. Digging your toes in the sand, soak up the view and feel the ocean breeze. Those who want to get active can try water-sport activities available on-site (additional fee), such as scuba diving, snorkeling, and a banana-boat ride. For the ultimate pampering experience, book a massage.

When youre exploring the water, check out the 18-foot (5-meter) statue of Jesus made out of bronze.

Enjoy a lunch with your choice of fish filet, chicken fajitas/grilled chicken, or cheese quesadillas, along with rice, salad and guacamole with chips.

After lunch, enjoy a bit more free time before the boat returns you to the pier, where vehicle transport awaits to drop you off at your hotel.

1: Playa Las Gatas

Our acredited tour guide will wallk with you on the Las Gatas Beach for about 6 minutes to get to the restaurant where you will be able to put your staff and get ready to snorkel.
Once you are set and ready to snorkel, you will be getting in the water and snorkel with the asistance of an snorkel instructor for about 45 minutes.
During the snorkel Experience you will see different kinds of tropical fish, star fish, sting rays, hermit crabs and a 15 feet statue of Jesús Crises in sunk in the las Gatas Bay.

2: Bahia de Zihuatanejo

Our acredited tour guide will take on a boat for about 12 minutes across the Zihuatanejo.
He will tell you the names of all the beaches in the bay and he will explain you the history behind the mames of the beaches.
Almost to the end of the boat trip he will talk about the history and archaeology of the Las Gatas Water Break.

3: Malecon de Zihuatanejo

Once You get off the vehicles, our acredited tour guide will wallk with you through the Paseo del Pescador Malecón, to tell you about the comertial fishing that takes place in the Malecón and to tell you the best time of the day for you to go and witnes the buying and selling of the fish.
Our acredited tour guide will also recommend you some good restaurants to eat and places where the shoping is good.

Come to Playa Manzanillo for a unique, once-in your lifetime experience. The tranquil waters, white sands, and colorful fish make Playa Manzanillo a natural aquarium. It is what we call in Spanish a playa virgen meaning that there are no installations or restaurants of any kind. We will anchor off the coast of Playa Manzanillo in a private boat and then snorkel directly from the boat. After snorkeling, you can swim to the beach and explore the beach at your leisure. WHAT TO EXPECT
The drive from your hotel to the archaeological dig is approximately 45 minutes, spend about 3 hours exploring all of the ceremonial center, then drive 35 minutes to get to the beach and have lunch and from there to the hotel is approximately 40 minutes.

Xihuacan Archaeology Tour includes visit to the Xihuacan Site Museum which houses about 800 objects, that includes: work in ocean shells, ceramic, obsidian vases, bell necklaces, copper axes, stone artifacts and granite carved stones.

Then you will visit the ball court. The ball court is the place where they played the ball game. Linked to religion, the ball game ritual was one of the main activities in pre-Hispanic cities, the ball game was associated directly to the human sacrifice.

The next stop will be at pyramid name Edificio B, which was build out of bricks on the inside and modeling clay on the outside.

Next you will visit the rural community name Soledad de Maciel, where the villagers built houses on top of what it used to be the neighborhood of the high-class citizens during the Pre-Columbian Period.

Go to a traditional Mexican food and seafood restaurant for a great lunch, away from the tourist town of Ixtapa, you will taste some real Mexican style sea food, which consist of one of the following choices:
Shrimp on garlic sauce or breaded
Fish filet on garlic sauce or bread or on the grill
Chicken fajitas or chicken on the grill or chicken breaded

All of the dishes come with guacamole, chips and salsa, hand made tortillas and beans. With lunch you get a beer or a soft drink or coconut milk.

The transportation will be an air-conditioned, very comfortable 14 passenger van.

After lunch you will be transported back to your hotel in Ixtapa Zihuatanejo.
