Was built in 2000 in the style of the former San Francisco convent and blends perfectly with the church next door. The owners have collected 30 years worth of antiques that furnish the hotel. The courtyards and gardens are just beautiful and each tiled room has its own balcony.

This beautifully restored convent is located in a beautiful area of Leon. The hotel is close to shopping and business areas, as well as dining opportunities and banks. Guests can stroll through the streets of the city within minutes, or stay and admire the courtyards of the hotel property.

This ancient architectural masterpiece, abandoned for years, was renovated and conditioned to house El Convento Hotel and its restaurant, El Victoriano, two years ago. Traditional colonial architectural elements, such as terracotta Spanish roof tiles and a traditional central patio, surrounded by ample corridors, perfectly mingle with the somber elegant décor of the building`s different atmospheres.

The hotel is decorated with wonderful antiques, most of a religious theme, like the beautiful altar found in its expansive lobby, a perfect replica of the wooden main altar of one of León`s most beautiful churches, La Iglesia de Subtiava. Executive meetings can be held in the halls of the hotel, La torre and El Atrio, with a capacity of up to 250 guests, they are the perfect place to hold meetings, conventions and social events. The business center is equipped to hold more intimate executive meetings.
