One Day Inca Trail trek to Machu Picchu.

Our staff will pick you up at your hotel in Cusco at 4:00 a.m. and transfer you by private vehicle to the Ollantaytambo train station. Take the expedition train that leaves at 6:10 a.m. You will then travel 1 hour and 15 minutes to the 104th kilometer of the railway, from where you will begin the 7-hour trek to Machu Picchu, with brief stops at the Chachabamba, Wiñayhuayna, and Sun Gate archaeological sites.
Upon arrival at Machu Picchu, explore the Machu Picchu lookout point which has a wonderful panoramic view. Enjoy the view and take some excellent postcard photos to immortalize your experience. At the end, take the bus to the Aguas Calientes town and board the Expedition train that leaves at 18:10 / 20:50h to Ollantaytambo. Upon arrival, our staff will be waiting to escort you to Cusco.

Our staff and the private driver will go through by your hotel in Cusco at 4:00 a.m. and then transfer you to the Ollantaytambo train station. Take the Expedition Train that departs at 6:10 a.m. and travel for 1 hour and 17 minutes to Km. 104 of the railway, where your professional guide will be waiting to welcome you and pass the control point of the 1-day Inca Trail.

Start your hike visiting the archaeological site of Chachabamba. Then, continue on an uphill path for 3 hours to the archaeological site of Wiñaywayna, where you will have enough time to explore and have lunch.

5:50am: Boar the train with destination to KM 104 where is located the Inca Trail hiking starting point. This one-hour train journey allows you to appreciate the fascinating scenery along the sacred Vilcanota River.

Note: If you are staying at Ollantayutambo, we can also pick you to start the tour.

1: Inca Trail

7:20am: Once we reach the kilometer 104 we will disembark the train and walk across bridge over the Urubamba river to the control and check the passports and Inca trail permit and then will visit Chachabamba which is a lovely Inca site which contains water channels, fountains and more. After s short guided tour at Chachabamba we will commence the hike mostly upwards around 3.5 hours until Wiñaywayna (forever young) an impressive Inca site which was an agricultural center with numerous terraces, a religious sector and an urban sector. After the guided tour we will enjoy our boxed lunch. Then we will continue our hike for an extra hour to the Sun Gate (Inti Punku) from here you will have the first amazing view of Machu Picchu. After a brief stop for pictures, we will walk down for an extra 40 minutes to the enigmatic Inca citadel of Machupicchu by 14:00pm

Choose your morning pickup time from your Cusco hotel and transfer to the train station in Ollantaytambo. Youll travel by rail through the winding river valleys to reach Aguas Calientes, the gateway town for Machu Picchu. WHAT TO EXPECT

Get picked up in the early morning from your accommodations in Cusco. Transfer from there to Ollantaytambo, where youll board a train to Aguas Calientes, considered the gateway to this famous Inca site.

Ride the rails past towering Andean valleys, idyllic villages and the roaring Urubamba river below, eventually arriving in Aguas Calientes. Youll transfer here to a bus for the short ride up the hill to Machu Picchu.

Spend the next couple of hours on a guided exploration of this ancient wonder of the world, discovering key city features including the royal quarters, sacred solar clock, the circular tower, the main plaza, temple of three windows and the cemetery for Inca royalty. Youll have time after your guided tour to enjoy the site on your own and capture some great photos.

Finish your Machu Picchu visit and head back down to Aguas Calientes by bus. Youll have time to get lunch in town (own expense), visit the citys well-known hot springs, or shop at the market before boarding the train back to Ollantaytambo and then back to Cusco by bus.

1: Historic Sanctuary of Machu Picchu

Today you will visit Machu Picchu. We will pick you up from your hotel at 4:50am, then drive for two hour to the train stations Ollantaytambo. At 7:05 am you will catch the Vistadome train with large windows for other two hour till Aguas Calientes town, then you will take the tourist buses up to Machu Picchu. 30 minute bus ride to Machu Picchu, your tour guide will take you to the best Lookout point. Then, we will start the two hour guided, walking tour, exploring all of the famous places of this impressive citadel: The Temple of the Sun, The Royal Tomb, The Intiwatana (sun dial rock), Main Plaza, Temple of the 3 Windows, The Artisan Sector, the Condor Temple and many others. After the tour, you will have time to explore the ruins on your own. You will need to take the bus back down to Aguas Calientes to enjoy lunch at one of the many restaurants there. Be sure to arrive at the train station 30 minutes before your departure. You will catch the Vistadome train at 6:10 pm rides two hours to Ollantaytambo, then by us for another two hour drive back to Cusco ends 10:30pm.

You will be picked up in your hotel at 04:00 am, then we will drive for about 3 hours towards the trail head where we will start our hiking adventure towards the Rainbow Mountain. We will reach the mountain before big groups are arriving, we will have time to enjoy the beautiful views without crowds.

Afterwards, we will hike down to the base of rainbow mountain to do another extra 30 minutes hike towards the Red Valley viewpoint where we will enjoy magnificent views. The pick up at 5:00 am by van, then drive to Hanchi Pacha Pitumarca village by van for three hours, where you have a nice Organic breakfast, then we start hiking all the way up for two and half hours to the top of Rainbow Mountain at 5036 m.a.s.l. Along the hike, you get to see Llamas, Alpacas, local Quechua people, and the most spectacular colorful rocky mountains. After enjoying the top of Vinicunca, we have a downhill hike for 1 hour in order to have lunch, then we will get back by bus to Cusco.

It is considered the most physically active part of the day, but the pace is always guided and there are several places to rest. Along the way, you start to understand why the Incas chose this route, not just for transport but for spiritual connection with the landscape. Arriving at Wiñay Wayna is rewarding: the site is built into the mountain like a giant staircase of terraces, temples, and ritual fountains. Your guide will explain its meaning and allow time for photos and exploration. This is also where most travelers stop for their box lunch before continuing toward the Sun Gate.

5: Intipuncu

From Wiñay Wayna, the final section of the trail takes about 1.5 to 2 hours of gradual walking along narrow stone paths and original Inca steps. This stretch feels lighter than the first part of the hike, and as you get closer, the mountains begin to open and the sound of the river fades. After a final staircase, you reach the Sun Gate, or Inti Punku, the ancient ceremonial entrance to Machu Picchu. From here, travelers see the citadel for the first time from above a moment many describe as emotional and rewarding after the effort of the hike. The Sun Gate was aligned with the sunrise during the solstices and served as a controlled entry point for nobles and priests. Your guide will allow time for photos, rest, and quiet appreciation of the view before continuing the descent toward the citadel.

6: Machu Picchu

Last section of walking takes about 45 minutes to 1 hour from the Sun Gate down to the upper terraces of Machu Picchu. Your licensed guide will lead a visit through the upper area of the site, corresponding to Circuit 1, which is the only circuit allowed for hikers entering via the Inca Trail. This route includes the classic viewpoints and agricultural terraces where the well-known photos are taken.

Early in the morning you will be picked up from your hotel in Cusco at approximately 04:00 hrs. (the schedule may depend on the availability of trains) and you will take a car trip through the Sacred Valley of the Incas to the Ollantaytambo train station (journey time approximately 1 hour and 40 minutes). Once at the Ollantaytambo station you will board the train to go to the town of Aguas Calientes (Machu Picchu town). On the train trip you will enjoy extraordinary landscapes, mountains, rivers and streams, as well as appreciate the flora and fauna of this area of Cusco. Upon arrival in Aguas Calientes (Machu Picchu town), the agency guide will be waiting for you to give you all the instructions.

You will then arrive at the bus station, where you will board the bus that takes a zigzag route towards the mountain where the majestic citadel of Machu Picchu is located (30-minute bus ride). You will visit this impressive Inca city together with our guide who will provide you with all the information and history of Machu Picchu and for approximately 2 hours you will tour the citadel according to the routes traced in circuit 3 or 4. We will travel for 3 hours to the town of Tinki where you will have the possibility to stock up on what you have not yet bought for the trip. Then we will travel for 45 minutes until we reach Pacchata where we will have a consistent breakfast to be ready for the walk.

In Pacchata we will begin our beautiful walk towards the 7 Lagoons. Our walk will last 5 hours where we will visit the lagoons of Otorongo Macho, Otorongo Hembra, Puka Cocha, Alka Cocha, Qomer Cocha, Azul Cocha and Pata Cocha.

At the end of the tour we will return to Pacchata where you will have the opportunity to enjoy its relaxing Hot Springs. After a prudent time in the thermal baths, we will have a delicious buffet lunch.

We will start the way back to the city of Cusco where we will arrive at approximately 7:00 p.m.

WHAT TO EXPECT

Your tour begins with pickup from your Cusco hotel in time for a 6.30am departure. Admire the views on the around 1-hour journey to Calca, then hop out to explore the tranquil mountain town. Continue another couple of hours to the highest point of the Lares Pass, at 14,665-foot (4,470-meter) - the starting point for your bike tour.

After meeting your private guide and being paired with a suitable bike, set out on your mountain biking trek through the Andes. Cycle along a thrilling route through the highlands, following remote trails and grassy tracks. Along the way, enjoy incredible views over the rugged mountains and canyons; spot alpacas, vicuñas, and llamas grazing on the hillsides; and learn more about local life as you pass through traditional Andean villages.

After re-fueling with a hearty lunch (included), stop to admire some little-visited chulpas (pre-Inca ruins), and see the Machacancha hot springs.

Finally, return to Calca, where your driver will be waiting for you. Back in Cusco, your tour ends with drop-off at your hotel around 7.30pm.

1: Lares Trek

This exciting tour begins when we pick travelers up at around 6.00am. Then we'll travel for 1 hr by bus until reaching the quiet town of Calca. After a break, the journey continues to the highest point, the Abra of Lares (4470 mt) and around 10.30am we'll start the departure with our mountain bikes accompanied by a guide.

These isolated highlands, covered only with straw (andean grass), and the snow capped mountains give you such a special feeling. The scenery turns into a canyon, along the way, travelers will see alpacas, vicuñas y llamas, small villages, farms and livestock. We'll also visit some chulpas (pre-inca ruins), which are an evidence of the importance of this place. In this area we'll enjoy a typical lunch.
After a short break we will continue our biking tour until arriving at the hot water springs called Machacancha. Later we'll continue for 1hr back to the village of Calca, where our private transportation will take us back to Cusco, arriving around 7:30pm.

WHAT TO EXPECT

Your tour guide will pick you up from your hotel between 3:30 and 4:10 am, depends
from the location of your accommodation, be sure to wait at reception. During
the first hours of the tour, the temperature is cold (5° to 9°C).
After 3 hours of travel, you will arrive in Pacchanta, where you will have time to
have breakfast. After stopping in Pacchanta, you will begin your journey to the 7 Ausangate lagoons.
It's about 5 hours of walking approximately round trip, it's about 13 km
walking.
First, you will go uphill, followed by some plains and highlands that you
lead to the 7 lagoons. The first lagoon is Azulcocha, at the foot of the Humashraju; later you discover the charm of the sublime lagoons Huchuypukacocha, Hatunpukacocha, Tecyacocha, Otorongo Varon, Otorongo Mujer, and Qeyllacocha; each with a special and unforgettable contrast.

After seeing the gaps, return to Pacchanta, where you will be
