We have booked through tripmasters several times and they have never let us down. My wife and I just returned from a 9 day trip to Peru today. Everything was perfect on the tour including the airline connections, hotel stays and transfers. We did not have to worry at all when we were moving from one place to another as their van/ guide would show up at the stated time. They even arranged a guide for us on Machu Pichu. I am thoroughly satisfied and would definitely recommend.
Costa Rica Trip Feedback – September 9–17, 2026
September 9, 2026 – Arrival at San José Airport
Upon our arrival at San José Airport, our local representative, Hugo, was waiting for us. He was extremely knowledgeable, welcoming, and greeted both of us warmly. He provided water and snacks, which were greatly appreciated after the long flight. During the lengthy drive, we needed a bathroom break, and Hugo arranged a stop at a local café. The stop turned into a wonderful surprise because we were able to see some wildlife, which was a great introduction to Costa Rica.
September 9–12, 2026 – Hotel Arenal Kioro
Our stay at Hotel Arenal Kioro was excellent. We were very pleased with the beautiful views, cleanliness of the property, and the complimentary breakfast. The hotel was a wonderful choice for this portion of our trip.
