We have booked through tripmasters several times and they have never let us down. My wife and I just returned from a 9 day trip to Peru today. Everything was perfect on the tour including the airline connections, hotel stays and transfers. We did not have to worry at all when we were moving from one place to another as their van/ guide would show up at the stated time. They even arranged a guide for us on Machu Pichu. I am thoroughly satisfied and would definitely recommend.
Nayara Springs was excellent in every way - will book again next time in Costa Rica.
The Senda Monteverde rooms was ok, however initially the hot water was not working, no TV, and housekeeping did not clean bathroom/toilets well. Restaurant was excellent.
The Eden Jardin rooms needed to be refurbished, as they were old and dated. The TV broadcast was SD quality. However the restaurant and beach bar were excellent.
The only excursion complaint was the Catamaran sailing. There was no snorkeling gear, and whatever gear was onboard was damaged and unusable. I did not bring my snorkeling gear specifically because it was listed they had for guests.
Transportation was great.
Our Arenal excursion guide and driver were top notch!
