We appreciated the quality o& the ongoing communication. While the quality of the hotels we selected was good, the rooms we were assigned left a lot to be desired. At the Windsor California which faces one of the world''s most famous beaches, we were given a room that faced another building. At Vivaldi Cataratas we were assigned a "garden room." It was partially below ground level and had a musty smell. Worse of all was tge swarm of drain flies in the bathroom. Fortunately, they placed us in a different room.
Lastly...our experience with Jetsmart was terrible. I believe that I paid extra to schedule a flight leaving Iguazu at around 4. The airline cancelled the flight and put us on the original one that I had sought to avoid. They loaded the plane on the tarmac and we were assigned seats in the last two rows. These were the tightest/smallest seats that I''ve ever sat on during a flight.

You might have given more guidance to us regarding getting from the Lima airport to the Holiday Inn Miraflores. We weren''t sure if there was to be a driver or not. We took an Uber but were accosted by Illegal Uber drivers who were located between the official Uber pick-up spot and the airport. You had to walk through them to get to the official Uber location. We only fully realized what was going on when we saw the real Uber driver, walked to him and he said matter of factly "those are the illegal drivers".
Transportation to excursions could be more punctual and hot springs should state that it was at a resort pool. Description was misleading that it was a natural hot spring not man made.
