This was my first time using it and I was hesitant after booking. My parents had used this same service in Europe and enjoyed their time. I thought I would give it a go for Peru. Everything was as advertised. The hotels were nice, clean and the beds were firm with strong shower pressure. The hotel staff were very kind and accommodating. Also having the transfers was a nice addition and took the worrying out of getting to places. They showed up exactly on time every time. All the tickets for Machu Pichhu, the train and bus to get to Machu Picchu are given to you as you arrive in Cusco in the transfer van by your guide. I would recommend taking a day to get used to the altitude in Cusco. Ticketmaster has people stationed at every point along your trip which was nice. The Andean Wings Valley hotel was perhaps my favorite. It took an hour and half van ride after you land but it''s worth it. Tucked in the sacred valley its a beautiful little hotel that feels more like an oasis than a hotel.
