I already have recommended you guys to several people and I was very happy with the service. I appreciate all the help the great hotels, and the transportation that was made easy to us. I would've liked the first class to be lie down seats but next time I'll clarify that in my request requesting Plane tickets I would use your company again
This is in regards to our trip booking no. 923291 to Rio de Janeiro, Iguazu Falls and Buenos Aires via United Airlines departing San Jose Mineta Airport (SCJ) on Aug 10, supposed to leave at 1:05 pm but plane was delayed 50 mins. We had a connecting flight in Houston (IAH) with an hour and a half layover. Since our flight was delayed, we only had 20 mins layover but the terminals were so far from each other that by the time we reached the gate, it was too late to board, United Airline staff did not notify our connecting flight that we are on our way. So we ended up waiting 24 hrs in Houston and there was no more straight flight from Houston to Rio so we had another stopover at Sao Paolo, Brazil.
We lost almost 2 days in Rio due to the delayed and missed flight that I would suggest before agreeing to an itinerary, look into how much time is allotted for the layover. Next time I would have to ask for at least 2 hrs layover especially since it was an international travel.
