WHAT TO EXPECT

Meet your guide and group at the Ponce City Market's concierge desk, located near Onward Reserve.

Set off through the market, housed in a former Sears, Roebuck, & Co. building. Pause at tasting stations to sample award-winning food from some of Atlanta's best locally owned and operated restaurants. Learn about the chefs, their food, and the Atlanta restaurants where they cook.

Between bites, stop to listen to your guide talk about the architectural history of the converted building. Then, head outside to walk off some of those calories on the Atlanta Beltline's Eastside Trail before returning to the market for round two of tastings. The tastings add up to enough food for a hearty lunch.

The Historic Herndon Mansion Museum built in 1910 by Alonzo Herndon and wife Adrianne Herndon. Alonzo Herndon was born/enslaved in 1858 on a plantation in Georgia. Alonzo Herndon story is a story of success and dignity. Come to the Herndon Home and see how a man overcame racism and enslaved to become Georgia first Black millionaire. WHAT TO EXPECT

Your unique, after-dark Atlanta excursion begins early in the evening. Meet your guide at the Atlanta Marriot Marquis, hop aboard your sightseeing vehicle, and set off with just a small group for company.

Youll discover many of Atlantas top sights, all in a single excursionand all lit up after dark. See how locals live in the hip Little Five Points neighborhood, discover the highlights of Downtown Atlanta, admire the citys murals, and more. Youll also stop at the trendy Krog Street Market, where you can choose your own delicious dinner option (own expense).

The tour continues to major historical landmarks, including the King Center, Georgia State Capitol, and more. With photo stops scattered throughout the itinerary, you can pose for snapshots and capture memories of your evening out.

Finally, after several hours out on the town, your tour ends directly at your original departure point.
