Olympic National Park, WA
Olympic National Park covers the majority of the Olympic Peninsula of Washington, the last place in the U.S. to be explored by settlers at the turn of the 20th century. There are three different ecosystems present here: mountains and subalpine forests, a temperate rainforest, and the Pacific coastline. To experience much of this UNESCO International Biosphere Reserve, you will need to explore on foot; this park is one of the most beautiful places for scenic walks and hikes.
