Grand Junction is a city in Colorado's Western Slope region. It's known as the hub of Colorado's wine country. Split into 5 sections, James M. Robb - Colorado River State Park offers river access, lakes, biking trails and wildlife. The Museum of the West displays prehistoric pottery and 19th-century firearms. West of the city, trail-lined Colorado National Monument is a park with red sandstone monoliths and canyons.
