Trip Summary
3 nights in Minneapolis-Saint Paul, MN

The Twin Cities on the mighty Mississippi, Minneapolis, and its sister city, Minnesota`s capital Saint Paul, are the economic, cultural, artistic, and educational epicenters of the state of Minnesota. Minneapolis is known for its vibrant arts scene, as well as gorgeous scenes in nature that are not far removed at all from Minnesota`s largest urban core. Saint Paul, described many times as `the most livable city in America`, is known for its museums among other attractions, such as the Minnesota History Center and the Science Museum of Minnesota.

Recommended Stay: At least 3 nights
Must See`s:
Minnehaha Falls, Minneapolis Institute of Art, Walker Art Center, Como Park Zoo and Observatory, Minneapolis Sculpture Garden, Mill City Museum, Science Museum of Minnesota, Minnesota History Museum, Minnesota State Capitol, Frederick R. Weisman Art Museum, Northwest Minneapolis Arts District, Cathedral of Saint Paul, Guthrie Theater, American Swedish Institute, University of Minnesota, and so much more!

3 nights in Duluth, MN

Duluth, Minnesota is one of the `Twin Ports` on Lake Superior, along with its sister city Superior, Wisconsin. Together they comprise the largest port on the Great Lakes. (Fun fact: Duluth is the farthest inland any oceangoing ship can travel in the world!) Due to much of the city being built on a hillside that meets the lake, it is sometimes called `the San Francisco of the Midwest`. See the lake`s living creatures up-close and personal at the Great Lakes Aquarium, the only all-freshwater aquarium in the country.

Recommended Stay: At least 2 nights
Must See`s:
Glensheen Mansion, Spirit Mountain Ski Area, Aerial Lift Bridge, Great Lakes Aquarium, North Shore Scenic Railroad, Lake Superior Railroad Museum, Lake Superior Zoo, Enger Park, Fairlawn Mansion, Minnesota Point Beach, Tweed Museum of Art, Hartley Nature Center, and so much more!
