Duluth, MN
Duluth, Minnesota is one of the `Twin Ports` on Lake Superior, along with its sister city Superior, Wisconsin. Together they comprise the largest port on the Great Lakes. (Fun fact: Duluth is the farthest inland any oceangoing ship can travel in the world!) Due to much of the city being built on a hillside that meets the lake, it is sometimes called `the San Francisco of the Midwest`. See the lake`s living creatures up-close and personal at the Great Lakes Aquarium, the only all-freshwater aquarium in the country.
Explore the Glensheen Mansion, Spirit Mountain Ski Area, Aerial Lift Bridge, Great Lakes Aquarium, North Shore Scenic Railroad, Lake Superior Railroad Museum, Lake Superior Zoo, Enger Park, Fairlawn Mansion, Minnesota Point Beach, Tweed Museum of Art, Hartley Nature Center, and so much more!
