Let us take you on a sommelier-led journey through our pristine estate vineyards and state of the art production area as you learn how the Temecula Valley climate and our special winemaking methods drive the renowned quality of Europa Village wines.

During the tour we will also visit our educational vineyard featuring more than 20 different grape varieties to best judge their performance on our estate.

We will also see a live cork tree and cork production infographic.

The unique soils and geographic features that make our valley perfect for quality viticulture will also be on discussed in depth.

As we walk we will taste five wines before descending into our new Vienza Cave, beautiful Barcelona Room or posh Palomino Room for a delicious food and wine pairing showcasing 3 wines paired with a charcuterie board for each guest, a chef's choice appetizer and delightful chocolate nib. WHAT TO EXPECT

1: Europa Village Wineries & Resort

Guests will be taken on a sommelier-guided walking tour to learn about wines, winemaking, food pairing and the unique qualities of our European themed winery resort.

Along the walking component we will sample 5 wines, with 3 more included with the food pairing at the conclusion of the tour.

We will venture into Estate Syrah and Graciano vineyards and on to our state of the art Production Facility with bladder press, grape conveyor, and temperature controlled stainless steel tanks to learn how wine is grown and vinified.

This will be followed by a walk through our educational experiential vineyard where we will discuss grape varieties and the unique Temecula terroir. Also included is a unique exhibit detailing cork production and local soils.

Finally we will descend into our cave, barrel room or executive lounge for an educational wine and food pairing with each guest receiving a personal charcuterie board, chef's choice appetizer and chocolate bite.

Someset is unique because is it the only winery in southern California (and one of only 8 wineries in the U.S.) which produce wine through the ancient terra-cotta process which started in Persia over 8,000 years ago. The process involves fermentation inside large clay vessels which avoids producing tannins from the traditional oak barrels, and instead gives the wine a more all-natural taste. Our Luxury Trolley wine tours are the perfect blend of wine country heritage and savory wine tastings coupled with attentive, entertaining hosts. Each tour is a mixture of old-world charm with black-car amenities and is sure to create memories you wont soon forget.
Our Trolley provides a unique open-air experience on most beautiful Temecula weather days. When the weather is less than ideal, we add our panoramic-view window panels and provide AC or heat to ensure you are always comfortable during your tour regardless of the season.

Each tour consists of 5-6 wine tastings at three distinct wineries. The tour starts with a 15-minute drive through Old Town Temecula and out to Wine Country. Then you will spend approximately 1 hour at each winery. Add about 15 minutes of drive time in between winery visits and 15 minutes back to Old Town and the tour duration totals approximately 4 1/2 hours.

OVERVIEW

Visit three of Temecula's top 10 wineries & taste a total of 18 ounces of wine (equal to 3 glasses of wine). Wineries are subject to change every year.

Our Weekday Wine Tour operates Monday - Thursday, and brings you to 3 wineries where you will receive 18 ounces of wine tastings (equal to 3 glasses of wine). In addition, you will also receive a wine & production tour at your last winery and learn a little bit about the wine making process while trying some wine straight from the barrels.

Please be sure to check in with us in regards to your pick-up location. We do TEMECULA Pick-ups ONLY Mon-Thursday ONLY. However, we still need to confirm your pick-up due to road maintenance or current construction that may be present at the time of your tour.

Lunch will take place in a large, elegant dining room with a relaxing wine bar and terrace, The Vineyard Rose Restaurant serves contemporary California cuisine sourced from the season's freshest, locally-grown ingredients. (*Price of food is not included and all orders must be pre-ordered) Please pre-order your meals by submitting the Lunch Order Form that is Texted to you on the week of your tour (PLEASE DO NOT TEXT LUNCH ORDERS) Orders must be received 48 hours prior to your tour date.

3: Somerset Vineyard and Winery

Somerset Winery is where we arrange a production tour for every time slot of our Traditional Wine Tour. Someset is unique because is it the only winery in southern California (and one of only 8 wineries in the U.S.) which produce wine through the ancient terra-cotta process which started in Persia over 8,000 years ago. The process involves fermentation inside large clay vessels which avoids producing tannins from the traditional oak barrels, and instead gives the wine a more all-natural taste. Many wine enthusiasts say that this is the most pure way to make wine, but you will have to determine that for yourself once your take our wine tour!
