All the hotels we stayed in were absolutely wonderful with every host and or employee going out of their way to make us feel welcome. Car rental provided through Tripmasters was good. only down side was That I got charged $80.00 euros to drive the car to Slovenia from Croatia. An unexpected charge that Tripmasters should have known and told us about.

Customer info needs to be provided to the hotel staff. Upon my arrival to Split, the hotel was dark and closed due to no hot water available. The management tried for numerous hours to get a hold of me and tried calling Expedia to obtain a phone number or email. There was no customer info left anywhere for the hotel to relay the closure information.

Hotels were excellent. The first was in Dubrovnik typical resort style very posh & professional, friendly & helpful staff. easy access to beaches & public transportation. The second in Zagreb was a lovely little Boutique Hotel with option of Breakfast served to your room. Again very Friendly & helpful staff. Hotel location was in the heart of the city with easy access to everything.
Flights typical. Glad I had lay overs in Germany with plenty of time to get to next gate. Frankfurt Airport Hugh!! Took over an hour to get to my next gate & did not have to transfer luggage. Lufthansa & Croatia airlines worked well together. Did not have to worry about rechecking my bag from Germany to C...

Our hired car never arrived to the airport. I called the number on our confirmation and they said my flight number was wrrong and so they never came. Nevermind we showed up the airport on time. The guy called us back and said he didn't have anyone in the area but we can wait for a car to come which would be an unknown amount of time. we were already tired from a long trip so we used uber.
We never heard back for the return car we rented, so again, my husband just uber. Wasted money to book airport transfer.
Our hotel, Prima Luce, was unprepared for our arrival, despite me calling and verifying a week in advance as suggested by TripMasters. Once we got to the hotel, we realized ...

We were very pleased with the hotels that we chose while planning the trip. There were no surprises or issues with any of the hotels.
We used a private driver to get us between cities on the trip and each one of them was not only on time, but early for our pick up. They were all very friendly.
The only activity we booked through Trip Masters was the tour at Plitvice Lakes. It was a great experience and again, the driver for the tour was right on time. We did purchase several other activities through Trip Advisor/Viator while we were in Croatia.
The website was very easy to navigate. We were looking for a trip where we could be independent and not a part of a large tour group. ...
