Full Historic Greece by car!. Discover the capital city, Athens (the cradle of civilization and home of democracy). From there with a Rental Car drive along The Peloponnense Region (with its many famous archaeological sites, seaside places, gorgeous beaches, castles and ski centers), visiting: Olympia (the ancient Greek Sanctuary site dedicated to the worship of Zeus) and after that, Delphi (ancient religious Sanctuary dedicated to the Greek God Apollo. It is home to the world-famous Oracle of Delphi). Continue this trip driving to Kalambaka (a region full of impressive, massive rock formations and with one of the most important religious complexes in Greece: Meteora with its byzantine monasteries perched on top of steep rocks). Finally, visit Thessaloniki (renowned for its festivals, events and vibrant cultural life in general, and is considered to be Greece`s cultural capital). This is a flexible vacation package. Greece

Kalambaka (The Meteora)

Originally there were 24 monasteries, where today only six remain.
