One of the gems of the Turquoise Coast, Ölüdeniz is very well known for its shockingly vibrant "blue lagoon", and Belcekiz Beach, located near the lagoon's mouth. Having found fame early in Turkey's Turquoise Coast tourism boom, this slice of coast has long since given itself over to summer fun and sun, with plenty of things to do on and off the water. Believe it or not, most visitors like to keep paragliding over the lagoon, which is very popular; to do that, all you need to do is fly from nearby Mount Babadag. Moreover, for great panoramic views of the coast to share with family or friends, most people walk the Lycian Way, which starts right in Ölüdeniz.
