Ouarzazate is one of the wonderful destinations in Morocco offering a huge list of things to do and see keeping you occupied all the time. The name of the city literally means the door of the desert and it is the last city before the desert starts. It is also a famous film-making location and Morocco’s biggest studios are there. This village holds some of the best examples of old Moroccan architecture. As a matter of fact, that is why many famous Hollywood directors used it as a setting for their films. Ouarzazate is the gate of sahara and all roads of the south of Morocco go through this amazing city. From Marrakech to Ouarzazate it is , approximately, 170 miles with a travel time of 4 hours. Once you reach Ouarzazate , you will notice the shining light of the city ,the blue sky and the attractive landscape.
