384 Customer ReviewsYou might have given more guidance to us regarding getting from the Lima airport to the Holiday Inn Miraflores. We weren''t sure if there was to be a driver or not. We took an Uber but were accosted by Illegal Uber drivers who were located between the official Uber pick-up spot and the airport. You had to walk through them to get to the official Uber location. We only fully realized what was going on when we saw the real Uber driver, walked to him and he said matter of factly "those are the illegal drivers".

I liked the car rental, hotels, flights, and locations. It was quite an adventure! It would have been nice to know of the one-way car rental fee more explicitly before the trip. I read the paperwork, I thought closely, but missed the email specifying that. The hotels were fantastic, with the exception of the Wyndham Club Canterbury''s pull-out sofa bed. It sagged badly, was angled downwards, and when we complained, we were only given one roll away. The main mattress in the hotel was spectacular, though, which made me feel even worse that my husband and son were having a terrible night''s sleep because I was able to sleep soundly with my daughter in the other room.
Everything went as planned, thanks to the TripMasters crew. Only few improvements required to make it more pleasant full like guides are not explaining properly. First day at sacred valley guide Arturo was rude and he was with his own agenda. At Machu Pichu, she explained but the details like other guides we found in that sites. Next thing we felt like we wanted a day while returning, flights can be adjusted to fly from Puno to USA without staying at LiMA for a day, which added additional expenses. But overall, we had a great trip. Thank you!
