Trip Summary

  • Calgary (Alberta)
    Calgary (Alberta)

Calgary is Alberta's largest city! It's full of skyscrapers, but underneath all that glass, is a cosmopolitan city with a a rough and wild cowboy charm to it. Calgary sits in a vast, often brown colored plain in Southern Alberta. The area offers great hiking, kayaking, skiing, water rafting, and camping all around. The city itself is lively, especially during the Calgary Stampede in July, which attracts tens of thousands of visitors each year. The city has a quaint feel, blending modern and vintage atmospheres and decor into a place that has a lot in common with Dallas in the USA. As one of the largest cities in Canada, Calgary doesn't lack of exciting things to do.

Visit the The Calgary Tower, Calgary Zoo, Head Smashed In Buffalo Jump, Heritage Park Historical Village, The Calgary Stampede, Royal Tyrrell Museum, Canada's Sport Hall Of Fame, and so much more!

  • Regina (Saskatchewan)
    Regina (Saskatchewan)

Regina is a youthful, modern city. Explore the largest urban park in Canada, with its boat club, art gallery, science centre, performing arts centre and museum. The Arboretum, Candy Cane Park, the Bandstand, Willow Island and the Legislative Gardens are all within walking distance. The province of Saskatchewan is also well known for aurora borealis spotting, so when visiting this region, you might just get lucky with viewing of the majestic northern lights.

Explore the Stone Hall Castle, RCMP Heritage Centre, Royal Saskatchewan Museum, Wascana Centre Park, Legislative Building, and more.
