Oaxaca
Founded in 1529 in an area that was originally occupied by the Mixtecs and Zapotecs, the city of Oaxaca is a flourishing commercial center. This city, recognized by UNESCO as a World Heritage Site, is best known for its various archaeological sites, colonial buildings, exquisite cuisine, colorful handcrafts production, folklore, and festive environment, all of which you can witness during your stay. Tulum (Riviera Maya)
Tulum in Quintana Roo state is known for its Mayan ruins, namely a thriving city populated between 1200 and 1600 CE, which is situated at the edge of a 40-foot cliffside overlooking the Caribbean. The popular local beach, Playa Paraiso, is situated just to the south of the ruins. Tulum is also a popular eco-tourism site as it is home to the largest cave system in Mexico (the Sistema Sac Actun, home to many cenotes) and it is the gateway city to Sian Ka`an Biosphere Reserve, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
