We had a lot of problems with at the Hotel Casa Santa Barbara in Holbox Mexico. We several problems and were frequently lied by the hotel personnel. The first day there was no water, the next day water but no pressure, dripping. When we complained, we were told different stories. Our complaints were always received as we were bothering them. The room was infested with mosquitoes and when we asked to have it sprayed, first we were told they would , then that there was no inseticite in stock. We had to buy one our self. Also twice we had to spray/kill roaches in the room. In general, we were consistently lied about things and our complaints were received as bothersome.

I booked an all-inclusive hotel and when we checked in, we were told we don't have all inclusive and we had to pay for our meals and drinks which was incorrect. I tried calling the 1-800 number for trip Masters to get it resolved and the phone number was disconnected. I want my $400 that I had to pay for food and beverages in Cancun back. I will never use trip Masters again nor refer anyone to this company. And I will tell the story on my blog so no one else gets ripped off by trip Masters!!! Scam!!
