Constanta Vacation Packages

Constanta is the largest city on the Black Sea coast of Romania, and is home to the Black Sea`s largest port. As a matter of fact, it is the oldest continuously-inhabited city in Romania, and was first settled in the seventh century BCE. Undoubtedly, it was the final home of the poet Ovid, in the first century CE, and the Old Town`s main square is named for him. Believe it or not, Constanta is a popular vacation spot due to its warm weather; a popular beach resort, Mamaia, is located just 20 minutes away by car. Moreover, visiting Constanta means visiting some of the best Romanian beaches and the Plaja Modern (Modern Beach) is one of them. Not far from the Old Town is the big sandy beach with clear water.
