Mora is the local focus of northern Dalarna. The region is tucked into a lovely scene, with green woods and blue mountains at the northern shores of Lake Siljan. Moreover, there is an expansive scope of beautiful landscape to explore, a vivacious soul of business enterprise and a vast scope of shops. As a matter of fact, most sightseers come to Mora throughout the year to encounter the wonderful environment, participate on the world's longest ski race, Vasaloppet, and to visit the Zorn exhibition hall, named for the universally well known craftsman Anders Zorn. Believe it or not, Mora is a center for craftsmanship and industry, such as the Dala Horse from Nusnas.
