Lexington is the second-largest city in Kentucky. It is known as the `Horse Capital of the World,` and is the heart of the state`s Bluegrass region. The Kentucky Horse Park features the International Museum of the Horse, the Hall of Champions, and many equine breeds. The city is the best place for raising thoroughbred horses as it has over 500 horse farms.
