With 88 miles of coastline, Lake Winnebago is Wisconsin`s largest lake, and is roughly 30 miles long by 10 miles wide. It is a popular year-round vacation destination, with lots of opportunities for boating in the summer and fishing in the winter. More fish are caught from Lake Winnebago than any other lake in the state. The largest city on the lake is Appleton on the northern shore, followed by Oshkosh on the western shore and Fond du Lac on the southern shore.
Wisconsin offer many areas to enjoy crystal water and natural landscapes. With a Rental Car discover its most popular locations; Milwaukee (largest city of Wisconsin, has advertised itself as the "City of Festivals," especially emphasizing an annual summer party along the lakefront called Summerfest); next, Lake Winnebago (Wisconsin's largest inland lake and, arguably, its most important fishery); then, Green Bay (famous for beaver pelts, paper production, and a thriving shipping industry); and finally, Lake Michigan Shore North (with a number of harbors for boat entry: Hammond Marina, East Chicago Marina and a number of others in Michigan City and Portage). This is a flexible vacation package. Select your number of nights in each city, desired hotel and activities.423396 Lakes_and_Bays_of_Wisconsin_(Self_Drive)-vac In-stock
